New Outbound systems for climate & impact teams

Build an Impact Deal Engine
that books sales meetings in 90 days.

AI-powered outbound systems for high-value impact B2B deals.

Because climate and impact solutions don't help if they never get into real sales conversations.

Done-for-you outbound system in your own tools (Clay, email, LinkedIn) so your team owns the data.
Designed for impact / climate / ESG B2B, so every touch respects the mission.
Build and transfer the model so your team owns the engine, not an agency.
Meeting-focused: success measured in qualified sales conversations, not vanity metrics.

Capacity: We only build 2–3 engines at a time to stay deep and hands-on.
Best suited for impact B2B teams with deals ≥ $10k and at least a few customers closed.

Impact solutions shouldn’t die quietly from lack of pipeline.

Important climate, circular, and ESG solutions stall when they never reach enough buyers. Impact teams often have great products but the outbound and pipeline work is under-resourced. We fix the outbound/pipeline side so those solutions can actually scale.

Why we’re different

  • Impact-native: We speak LCA, Scope 4, SFDR, Taxonomy – we don’t need a three-month onboarding to understand your world.
  • System-first: We build a system your team can operate, not a black-box agency you’re stuck with forever.
  • AI with structure: We don’t “let ChatGPT loose.” We use structured prompts, objection libraries, and cultural tone frameworks to keep outreach sharp and respectful.
  • Meeting-centric metrics: We measure success in qualified meetings and pipeline, not opens or “lead count.”

We design, install, and transfer your Impact Deal Engine.

This is a Build & Transfer model: in roughly 60 days we configure your engine in your own tools, run the first waves with you, then train an internal owner so you're not dependent on us.

Phase 1
Map your ICP & impact narrative
Week 1–2

We run an in-depth workshop to clarify:

  • Your ideal buyers and decision paths (who actually signs).
  • Your current customers, sectors, and geographic focus.
  • Key objections and real-world results we can leverage in outreach.
Phase 2
Build the outbound system in your stack
Week 2–4

We configure your engine using best-in-class tools:

  • Clay schema with client sectors, challenges, results, and objections.
  • Lead source (e.g. Apollo) and email validation (e.g. ZeroBounce).
  • 7-touch email sequence and LinkedIn flows in your sending platform.
Phase 3
Launch & co-pilot the first campaigns
Week 4–8

We run the first 200–300 leads with your team:

  • Monitor replies, book meetings, and refine copy and prompts.
  • Share patterns: which sectors, angles, and stories convert.
  • Produce a short “campaign findings” memo your team can keep.
Phase 4
Transfer the engine to your team
Week 8–10

We hand everything over and train an internal System Owner:

  • Full prompt pack, templates, and Clay configuration in your accounts.
  • Loom walkthroughs and weekly/monthly SOP checklists.
  • Final training so your team can launch new waves without us.

Who this is for (and not for).

Important climate, circular, and ESG solutions stall when they never reach enough buyers. Impact teams often have great products but the outbound and pipeline work is under-resourced. We fix the outbound/pipeline side so those solutions can actually scale.

Best fit: people like this

  • Impact / climate / circular / ESG-adjacent B2B companies.
  • Typical deals worth at least $10k+, with a clear decision-maker.
  • At least a handful of customers already (we’re pouring fuel, not testing if the engine turns over).
  • Willing to nominate an internal owner to run the engine after transfer.

Probably not a fit if

  • You’re fully pre-revenue and still searching for a basic offer.
  • Your deals are mostly < $5k and highly transactional.
  • You want someone to “just run outbound forever” with no internal ownership.
  • You’re looking for generic mass-volume “lead gen” instead of thoughtful outreach.

Build & Transfer project

$7,500–$10,000 one-time project fee

Exact fee depends on scope and complexity (number of segments, regions, and stakeholders). Paid 50% on signing, 50% at first live campaign launch.

  • ICP & offer workshop tailored to your impact niche.
  • Clay schema, prompt pack, and objection library configured in your accounts.
  • 7-touch email sequence + LinkedIn flows built and tested.
  • First 200–300 leads run with you to calibration.
  • Training & SOPs so your team can operate the system without us.
Meeting-centric guarantee:
If we don’t help you book at least a pre-agreed number of qualified sales meetings (e.g. 10) within 90 days of going live, we’ll continue working with you at no extra project cost for up to 30 additional days – provided your team follows the agreed operating steps (ICP, volume, follow-up, and show-up on calls).

The ideas that drive how we design your engine.

Important climate, circular, and ESG solutions stall when they never reach enough buyers. Impact teams often have great products but the outbound and pipeline work is under-resourced. We fix the outbound/pipeline side so those solutions can actually scale.

Own a word in the mind. We aim to own “impact deals” in your buyer’s mind. When ideal prospects think about serious, climate-aligned solutions, they should know what you do and why it matters.
Meetings, not vanity metrics. We focus on qualified sales meetings, not opens or raw lead count. That keeps the system aligned with revenue, not noise.
Systems over heroics. Founders shouldn’t have to be heroic networkers forever. We build systems that make sales conversations show up reliably.
Respect, not spam. Outreach is permission we haven’t yet earned. We write as if every message might be forwarded to a board deck, not to a spam folder.
Smallest viable market. We design your engine to win with a narrow, well-defined ICP first – not “everyone who might vaguely care about climate.”
Teach before we ask. Every touch aims to add clarity: on the problem, on solutions, and on why timing matters now. The ask comes after value.

Climate SaaS entering new EU segment
Example scenario
A climate SaaS company expanding from Nordics into DACH used a Clay + email + LinkedIn engine tuned to new buyer personas (COOs and Heads of Sustainability).
• ~9–11% reply rate on cold email
• 2–3% of total outreach converting into qualified meetings
• Clear learning on which subsectors to double down on next quarter.
Circular hardware with long sales cycles
Example scenario
A modular bio-materials solution selling into industrials needed conversations far earlier in customers’ capex planning. A multi-touch sequence with sector-specific case stories opened doors that conferences never reached.
• 10–12% reply rate across a curated account list
• 2–4% meeting rate with true decision-makers
• Deals now in pipeline with 12–24-month horizons that previously had no entry point.
Impact consulting firm productising services
Example scenario
An impact consulting team moving from bespoke projects to a more standardised offering used the engine to stress-test messaging and pricing in 2–3 new geographies.
• Multiple meetings per week with the right buyer archetypes
• Clear signal on which value propositions resonate by region
• A repeatable way to test new offers without “betting the year.”

Common questions, answered.

How quickly will we see meetings?

Most teams see first replies and meetings within the first 2–4 weeks after launch, depending on lead volume and decision-maker availability. We design for a 90-day window to get statistically meaningful data.

Do you run the engine forever?

No. Our model is Build & Transfer. We design, install, and co-pilot the system with you, then train your internal owner to continue. If you choose, we can stay on as light advisory for a few months for optimization.

What tools do you use?

We typically work with Clay for data and prompts, a B2B lead source like Apollo, an email sequencer (e.g. Instantly), email validation (e.g. ZeroBounce), and LinkedIn. All are set up in your accounts so you retain control.

Can this work outside of climate / impact?

The engine can technically be adapted to other B2B settings, but our unfair advantage is deep impact knowledge. We prioritise work with climate, circular economy, impact SaaS, and similar domains.

What do you need from us to start?

We need 2–3 key people for the initial workshop, access to your tools (or we help set them up), a clear ICP, and a willingness to act on the meetings generated. We also ask you to nominate a System Owner on your side.

Can you guarantee closed revenue?

We don’t control your pricing, product, or closing process, so we don’t guarantee revenue. We do, however, commit to a meeting target under clear conditions and continue working for a period if we miss it. Our role is to reliably create opportunities; closing them is your superpower.
